A digital PDF letter paper is a document that represents the letter paper. It is not real paper but is available in digital form as a file. You can use this digital letter paper as a basis for letters and other written documents. The actual letter or document must be combined with the letter paper. The letter paper is placed in the background and the actual letter in the foreground. Optically, this creates the same effect as printing on real letter paper.

The ideal format for the letter paper is the PDF file format. In this format you can reproduce the letter paper true to the original. The PDF format can later be combined with the actual letter to create a final document.
